Technical Specifications
Mesh types
Our doors use a 1.0mm 304 structural-grade stainless steel woven mesh. The 1.0mm thickness provides greater resistance against cutting and impact (many competitors use 0.8mm or 0.9mm). The mesh is powder-coated black for a sleek finish and corrosion resistance.
Frame
We offer Heavy Duty Standard frame and Heavy Duty Plus Frame (44% more weight).
This reinforced frame reduces flex and improves the door’s resistance to forced entry. Even with this added strength, the door remains easy to operate thanks to a pneumatic closer or ball bearing rollers.
Door Configurations
Our stainless steel mesh doors are available in both hinged and sliding configurations. Hinged doors are generally better for front and back entries, while sliding configurations suit patios, balconies and other large openings. All doors are custom-made to your exact measurements.

Locks and Fittings
An Austral 3-point locking system secures the door at the top, middle and bottom. This distributes force evenly across the frame, making it far harder for intruders to pry the door open.
Hinged doors are fitted with brush seals to keep bugs out. Sliding models feature a heavy-duty interlock between the door and frame to eliminate weak points.
